We have the power to change the world! Well, the power to change an immediate little corner of the world rather, for sure--if we so choose and aim to do. Each and every one of us have an enormous power to influence people around us--and what makes the world, a world, first and fore most is its people. The ability to influence and inspire is an incredible power, as it is a superb responsibility. Every word that we utter, however casually, every action we commit and manifest, and every single thought and sentiment that we entertain in our minds and hearts, can influence others and will have an effect in our surrounding--positively and otherwise. As ours impact others, so may and will do their action and words, and the energies and thoughts which they possess and carry along have effects on ours. To be aware and vigilant to this will not only protect us from the negative energies and effects, instead leading us to the sources of positive forces and impacts which would inspire us, it will even more importantly empower us with a constructive supremacy and positive wisdom of influencing our environment and inspiring its people at every step of daily life; thus, greatly contributing to the betterment of the world. This is true wisdom; this is leadership! It is service to mankind. Imagine what an inspiration a sincerely encouraging positive word can create for a colleague, the friend, a family member whom we meet every day and talk to next, or a new person whose path crosses ours today? It can build wonders! Every word has a spirit and a life. To know it first-hand, experience it in action by passing on one or two with an intelligent mind and a sincere intention, and you shall witness the magic!

Every day counts. Every moment must be treasured. Life is short and fleeting. No breath to loose, no glance to miss, no beat to be passed without inner joy pumping into ones entire being, animating radiance, optimism and delight, reflecting light and goodness on the path of whomsoever his/her path maight be crossed on the day to day life. This is life. This spirit is living itself, is the reward, the perfection. Celebrate and enjoy, and thus build a day which you shall remember with smile and sense of fulfilment--and others shall too, cherish high and for long, having been led and learned by example to make life worthwhile, recalling as they advance with sweet memories therof. This is greateness. This is leadership! Be a fine leader and lead, and have a splendid day as the sun rises for a new one tomorrow.

Joy and happiness attracts positive energies to our thoughts and work, and the inner radiance empowers our faculties of mind and its understanding, vision and foresight. "Joy gives us wings!"*

The difference between the happiness which is real and the one which is mere illustion is that once we reach to the former and earn it, we treasure it dearly, do not want it to vanish, eagerly trying and pursuing to have more; when in the case of the later once we possess it we feel satisfied and often even without enjoying it in full, we loose focus and start wondering around for happiness! The former eagerness and sentiment is a holistic joy as it enriches both the soul and the mind, it adorns both the spiritual and material abodes of ones being, while the later only meets the material, the mortal and fleeting needs and pursuits and thus itself becomes passing and mortal with no lasting trace and effect. The world of matter, therefore, sheds on us sorrow and despair along with its pleasures and happiness; where "the spiritual world bestows only joy."
